Yarn:
Freia Fine Handpaints Ombré fingering Minikins. Shown in Hard Candy and Aloha – one 25g ball (approx. 107 yards) each color. Color positions are reversed for 2nd mitt.

Sizing and Gauge Info:
Finished size approximately 11” long and 7.5” (8”) diameter. Knit at 6 sts and 8 rows per inch on 3.75mm needles (US 5).

Needles and Notions:
You will need two US 5 – 3.75mm 16” circular needles, or one 32” circular needle and a set of DPNs (magic loop), or two sets of DPNs (depending on your preferred method), a stitch marker and a tapestry needle to complete these mitts.

Notes:
Gloves are written for a left and right handed version. For the left mitt MC is the background and CC is for the overlay stitches. For the right mitt, the MC and CC are reversed, so your new MC is the CC from the first mitt.

Always carry overlay color (CC) behind slipped stitches (MC) on pattern rounds. When selecting with which end to start on the gradient yarn for the overlay stitches, pick the end of the second gradient ball with the most contrast to the MC yarn.
