This dress relies entirely upon the beauty of stockinette to make its bold statement. Constructed in layers, the skirt provides a bit of a peek-a-boo effect through the bottom layer, while the top two layers cover you where it matters. A slim fitting top and lacy cap sleeves finish this 1920’s-inspired frock off in style!
