Inspired by shawls from the Faroe Islands, this design features the traditional center back gusset, but with a modern edge. Rather than the more familiar butterfly shape, this shawl is a larger and warmer rectangle. Like its inspiration, the clever shape of this shawl ensures that it will stay in place as the wearer moves, even if the shawl is not pinned.
