The Hat is worked from the bottom up in the round. The Scarf is worked flat from end to end. Working the ball from either the inside or outside is used to manipulate the stripe patterning.

2174-04 Seersucker – 5 (6, 6) balls
Needles: US Size 11 (8 mm) straight and/or 16” circular and set of dpns, US Size 10.5 (6.5mm) 16” circular or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions: Tapestry needle, Stitch marker

Gauge: 10 sts x 22 rows = 4” in Garter st with larger needle // 10 sts x 14 rnds = 4” in St st with larger needle
