Molly Mohair Tee
Molly is our new colorful t-shirt – a lovely, no-frills raglan top with gorgeous stripes. This model is worked in 2 strands of Önling No 10, which is a combination of mohair and silk – a wonderfully light quality for all seasons. I’m going to use my tee over tank tops, with shorts or a skirt, whenever the Danish summer gets too chilly for bare shoulders.
The fit is fairly normal, neither tight nor loose, with a positive ease of approx. 5 cm / 2 inches. The design has a normal armhole height and short sleeves, and the pattern also includes a description of how to make long sleeves if you prefer that. You may of course prefer to make it in only one solid color. Or you can use up some of your pretty silk mohair leftovers.

The top is worked from the top down with raglan increases. You start by working back and forth to shape the neckline. Then the piece is joined, and the rest of the top is worked in the round in stockinette stitch. After finishing the yoke, the piece is divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately.
