Momentum
Momentum is a gorgeous statement sweater that can be both dressed down (picture it with high-waisted jeans!) or up (over a pair of flowy Marlene pants perhaps?). The stockinette body is framed by rectangular lines which are echoed in the striped ruffles that accentuate the shoulders.
Momentum is worked flat and in the round from the top down. After starting the body, you work the ruffles before starting the simple colorwork pattern for the rectangular stripes. The sleeves are picked up and knit in the round.
