Patternfish description:
SRK 111 Kid’s Dress Mom’s Top
Sandi Prosser for Kertzer c.2007

Breezy little pieces, light and comfortable and very pretty. The dress is a classic for little girls, with its empire waist, built-in eyelets for ribbon, and dainty little crochet picot edging. Back yoke is split and buttoned shut; buttonbands are crocheted. For the grown-up lady, the effect is just as winsome; but starting the lace above the bosom adds considerably more adult interest. The picot crochet edge is the same for both pieces (American terminology). Armholes are nicely curved on both.
