Monet's Village
Filet crochet combines open and filled squares in a mesh pattern. The scalloped look of this scarf gives it more motion and interest than a rectangle, and shows off the impressionistic hues in the yarn. Scarf is finished with two rows of single crochet down the long straight side.
Pattern includes filet crochet instructions, photos, and symbol chart. As with most filet crochet, the chart serves as the instructions: the pattern is not written out in text row by row.
