Gauge (Bear): 18sts = 26 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch on 4.5mm needles with Chunky.

Gauge (Jumpsuit): 14 sts = 19 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch on 5.5mm needles with Alaska.

Raveler’s note: I’m guessing my best on the yarns listed above. The pattern specifically calls for “Alaska” and “Chunky”, with no reference to the brands. The book is a Saprotex Design Studios publication and they say the yarns used are theirs.
