I took inspiration from Kristen Coopers my-year-in-temperatures--scarf and used the concept to design a huge, squidgy, soft blanket. The link is to the pattern and on the pattern there are links to the 2 previous posts which discuss the concept in more detail.

The blanket will use a lot of yarn as 2 strands are worked together.

The blanket can be as colourful as you like depending on how many moods you experience. I used one shade as my constant yarn and will change my other one depending on what my mood is each day.

All yarn amounts are estimates at present and I may end up changing my i-cord border slightly, but will edit the pattern accordingly in about half a years time when I hope to finish.
