A few waterfalls in the world have a powerful enough spray that when the moon is full and high, it creates a moonbow. The colors of this moonbow, cannot be seen by the naked eye, but when viewed through the right lens, a full rainbow of colors springs to life.

The Moonbow shawl is an embodiment of this gorgeous phenomenon and a reminder to look through the right lens to bring life’s beauty in perspective.

Moonbow is a gorgeous fully-reversible, crescent shaped shawl worked primarily in relaxing garter stitch. The garter stitch is broken up with beautiful multi-color stripes of simple brioche, in the colors of a moonbow, and a single row of WS YOs to add texture and interest. It’s a restful knit that results in a luxurious oversize shawl to wrap out the cold in style.
