An easy, elegant mitt with a moon phases motif centered down the front of the arm.
The mittens are knitted from side to side in one piece, in either yarn held together or DK weight yarn.
The moon’s phases colorwork is easy to work, and the three-needle bind-off gives a seamless comfort.

CONSTRUCTION
Moonlight and Stardust Fingerless Gloves are worked from side to side in one piece, starting with a provisional cast-on, with a thumb-hole in the side (instruction for knitting a thumb too!). If you prefer to skip the provisional cast on, you can use your favorite cast-on and bind-off method and sew the edges together with mattress stitch.
The moon phases motif is centered in the front of the mitten.
