Moonrise Mittens
The power of the Moon is fascinating — its light, its energy, and the way it expresses itself through different phases. These mittens are adorned with a subtle but striking lunar design symbolizing strength, comfort, & growth.
The mittens are knit from the cuff up. The palms and thumbs display an allover geometric colourwork pattern, while the back of the hand shows a flowing moon-inspired motif. Patterns (both front and back) are mirrored on the left and right hands. Beaurivage Frisonne Fine is a soft yet toothy yarn, with a slight halo that makes it well suited to stranded colourwork, and perfect for a cozy winter accessory.
A pair of mittens requires 40 (45, 51) g MC and 22 (25, 28) g CC.
