Morning Glory
I designed the Morning Glory square to celebrate my son’s first birthday.. He was born on 24th of August at 4:14 AM so we named him Aahan which means Morning Glory.
I have kept this afghan block flower centric (I have attempted to give it a little 3D look..!!) and then worked in rounds with bead and puff sts, and then squaring off the circle and a border. Pretty simple but engaging.
I have used sportweight yarn but you can use any yarn with a matching hook. The finished size with sports weight yarn is around 9”.
I have included a photo tutorial as well with the written pattern.
Love,
Jessica
