Linen stitch is pretty miraculous in my book: with just knits and slips, you can create a woven fabric with little ‘pixels’ of color that are fabulous for blending two (or more!)
beautiful colorways.

This pattern, originally part of the Blue Moon Fiber Arts Rockin’ Sock Club, has been expanded to include instructions for a larger loop as well as an extravagant tube scarf. The knitting is rhythmic, the color ‘morphing’ hypnotic!

For Cowl: 150 yds (137m) each of 2 colors: 300 yds (274m) total

For Loop: 300 yds (247m) each of 2 colors: 600 yds (494m) total

For Tube Scarf: 300 yds (247m) each of 4 colors: 1200 yds (988m) total

Note to RSC ‘16 members: if you would like a copy of the new version of the pattern in your Ravelry library, PM me with a photo of your RSC yarn, or a pattern printout, or some evidence of your club membership and I’ll gift you the new pattern asap.
