Mosaic Shadow Scarf
Shadow knitting is simple, but the results are dramatic, as this scarf demonstrates. Looking at it from one angle, it looks plain and maybe even a little boring, but glance at it just a little differently, and it appears completely different and dramatic. Just choose two colors that highly contrast each other, and you have a scarf that will turn heads every time you wear it. Combine it with a mosaic border that continues into the center of the scarf, and you’ll have a impressive, stunning scarf. You can choose a fine, fingering yarn for more delicate scarf, but I used a lightweight DK weight for a more substantial version.
