This cowl is worked around, in mosaic pattern, using 2 colors, each worked for 2 rounds at a time.
The RS of this cowl looks like fabric and the lining is nicely textured.
The provisional cast on will be used at the end, when the lining will be bound off with the live stitches from the cast on. It could as well be a usual cast on and the lining sewn along the cast on edge at the end.
The gauge isn’t crucial for this piece, but one repeat of the pattern was about 4.5 x 2.5”
You will need a 36” long circular needle and few markers
I used approx. 3/4 of each 2 skeins of sock yarn (A and B). I chose Lisa Souza because her dyes are just amazing, unusual and deep, but any sock yarn or fingering yarn can substitute.

The instructions include charts and in other words round by round.
