This is a great easy ‘beginner’ crochet pattern! Just chain double the stitches to make the cowl loop twice.

Gauge is not important for this pattern, but do use a hook that keeps your stitches nice and loose and creates a medium-weight fabric (not too much drape, but not standing on its own either!)
