Mother’s Love Scarf is a tribute to my mother, who taught me knitting, crochet & all types of needlework. She would have loved this design.

Two easy lace patterns flow gently into one another for this light & airy scarf. The lace patterns are both written & charted.

Knitters of all skill level will enjoy this pattern - the lace is perfect for a new lace knitter and makes a beautiful quick project for experienced lace knitters. It is worked from each end to the middle and then grafted (or joined by what ever technique you prefer), because the lace patterns are directional. Instructional links are included for grafting.

This scarf would look lovely in nearly any fingering weight yarn. Just chose one that blocks nicely. I used sock yarn because the color would have matched my mother’s eyes, and easy care was a factor for me.
