This is a tablecloth or tray cloth made up of circular motifs. There are square motifs filling in the gaps between the disks. The circular motifs have six rounds and the fillers have three rounds.

This pattern can be made in any size, from a single coaster to a large tablecloth, by adjusting the number of connected motifs.
