Speedy socks for the seasonally stressed!

These socks were the result of having a deadline to knit a very large pair of socks with a very plain yarn. I wanted a pattern that was simple to memorise, interesting to knit and easy to keep track of to ensure that both socks were the same length (don’t ask). With cables on every 6th round only, these were fast to knit and make a splendid gift (for someone else or for yourself!).
