The My Little Vest Along began as a knitalong in my Jane Thornley Ravelry group. It still exists there as a free step-by-step knitalong in a marked thread with a corresponding ‘Chatter’ thread with participants’s photos and experiences. Steps were given weekly with the final result culminating in a vest tailored to fit individual knitters alone. Check out the projects to see some of the stunning creations that have emerged or are in progress.

I have now compiled and edited the knitalong instructions into PDF form and am offering it for sale as requested by several knitters who preferred not to access the instructions online.

The vest follows my free-range recipe approach and uses any yarn in any combination. the instructions are gauge-free and rely on an adventurous spirit and a willingness to try a new approach. Are you ready?
