Mystery Christmas Sock 2024
Welcome to the 2024 Mystery Sock Along!
Once again, our team of Annina, Tanja and Mary have mixed their creative juices into a fancy cocktail of a pair of socks!
This KAL will be presented in a series of twelve clues, with games and chances to win prizes; or just catch up on the knitting, on the in between days.

Materials:
DK weight yarn 235yds/100 grams
US 6 (4mm needles) circular or dpns for preferred method of knitting in the rnd or needle size
needed to obtain a gauge of 20 sts and 24 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) and 2 dpns of the same
size.
Or
US 2.5 (3mm) circular or dpns for preferred method of knitting in the rnd or needle size
needed to obtain a gauge of 28 sts and 32 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) and 2 dpns of the same
size.
Or
Fingering weight yarn 460 yards/100 grams
US 1 (2.25 mm) circular or dpns for preferred method of knitting in the rnd or needle size
needed to obtain a gauge of 32 sts and 36 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) and 2 dpns of the same
size.
Notions:
Large eyed tapestry needle for weaving in ends, cable needle, 3 st markers and 2 locking
stitch markers.
Size:
8 inch (20cm) circumference sock at suggested gauges. If a larger or smaller sock is desired
use the stitch count closest to your “usual sock” and go up or down a needle size.
