Mystic Falls Mitts
These colorwork mitts feature a different stranded colorwork pattern on the palm and the back of the hand. A striped thumb gusset adds comfort and style. Make sure to pay attention to yarn dominance as you knit these mitts for the best results (a note explaining this further is included in the pattern).

MATERIALS NEEDED
Yarn:
Stitch Sprouts Yellowstone (80% wool, 20% silk; 285 yds/261 m per 100g skein): 1 skein in Reese Creek for MC, 1 skein in Old Faithful for CC
Recommended needles:
US 3 [3.25mm] double-pointed needles (or preferred type of needles for working small diameters in the round)
US 4 [3.5mm] double-pointed needles (or preferred type of needles for working small diameters in the round)
Notions:
Yarn needle, 3 stitch markers, waste yarn

29 sts / 31 rows = 4” in stranded colorwork pattern on larger needles
