Mythos
Clean, beautiful lines and crisp stripes come together in the summer-ready Mythos top. This piece is perfect on its own or as a layering piece. Delicate ruffles at the waist and hem add the perfect feminine flair. Our lovely sample features gorgeous surface embroidery, but if that’s not your cup of tea, we’ve included a quilted-knitting version, too. Whatever your school of magic, we have you covered!

PATTERN NOTES
This top is knit flat in pieces from the bottom up and seamed. Beginning with the hemline ruffle, stitches are decreased and worked for the Body, then placed on hold while the waistline ruffle is cast-on and knit. Once stitches are decreased for the waistline ruffle, the stitches on hold are joined and the rest of the body is worked. Stitches are picked up and worked in the round for the armhole and neckline edging.
Instructions are given for two versions of this pattern. One version uses a quilted knitting stitch pattern on the Body, while the other uses topstitch embroidery once knitting is complete to create the quilted pattern. The photos show the embroidered version, but the knitted version creates a very similar appearance, so you may choose the one which is best for you.
