Nacci Cowl
Garter stitch on the bias - so easy, so satisfying! Throw in some stripes in a Fibonacci sequence and an i-cord border for a unique bandana style cowl that fits perfectly under a coat.
Pattern includes a 2-color version and a 3-color version. If using Urth Yarns Spiral Grain Light Worsted, you will need:
- for 2-color version - 2 skeins of 2 different colors (you will have lots left over of the 2nd skein of Color B - probably enough to make a hat)
- for 3-color version - 1 skein each of 3 different colors
If you are using a different yarn, you will need approximately 400 yards total (for 2-color version, 200 yards of each color; for 3-color version, ~135 yards of each color).
There is only one size option. If you would like to make it larger, because it is knit on the bias, not only will the cowl get longer, but the neck circumference will get wider. And, of course, you may need to add an additional stripe section (which may require more yarn).
Needles - US 8/5.0mm needles 24” circular or size to obtain gauge
