This cowl is currently exclusive to the Berroco Bento Box Samplers from Jimmy Beans Wool. The cowl was designed using all of the yarns in the Berroco Box Sampler from Jimmy Beans Wool. The samplers are now available, and the pattern is included with purchase. Sampler includes: Twelve 15yd mini balls of yarn, US size 8 Knitter’s Pride Trendz needles to knit the project, the pattern, and the bento box packaging. This pattern was featured in the Vogue Knitting & Interweave Knits Fall 2015 Issue advertising.

Pattern can be knit using either US 7 or 8 needles.

Finished Measurements:
Approximately 28” circumference x 9.5” tall

Pattern Errata/Notes:
I’ve had a few questions about the bind offs in the pattern. If you’ve purchased a Bento Box from Jimmy Beans Wool, be sure to access the expanded version of the pattern via the link that comes with the purchase. It clears up these issues. If you are working from the card insert from one of the advertisements, you should interpret the first line of the pattern after the set up row as follows:

k2, slip the 1st stitch over the 2nd to bind off 1 st, k2….

You are binding off the first stitch of every row.
