Mittens are knitted from the cuff up on double pointed needles. The can also easily be worked on two circulars or magic loop if desired. Ribbing on the palms makes these mittens very stretchy to fit a variety of hands. If they need to be made longer, you can extend the ribbing at the wrist or add repeats of the initial cables.
