Worked left to right from a provisional cast on, this pullover showcases a single bold cable flanked by delicate eyelets. The gracefully curved back hem and shoulders are shaped as you knit the body, and the three-quarter length sleeves are worked flat and top-down from live stitches. After joining the two sides and seaming the sleeves, the ribbed hem is then picked up and knit to complete the garment. Narrow faux saddles at the shoulders, a welt detail at the neckline, and raw sleeve cuffs lend casual structure, while generous positive ease lets this pullover pair perfectly with slim pants for contemporary comfort.

CONSTRUCTION

• The body is worked in a single piece from a Provisional Cast On, from left side to right side of garment, shaping the left front and back hems and shoulders at once, then shaping the neck edges, then shaping the right front and back hems and shoulders at once.
• The right sleeve is worked from live body stitches. The left sleeve is worked after undoing the Provisional Cast On.
• The hem ribbing is picked up and worked after garment assembly.

5 (5, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins of Brooklyn Tweed Loft (100% American Targhee-Columbia wool; 275 yards/50g)
