Hello fellow knitter! These socks were named after my great grandmother’s sister, Nelly, who passed away shortly before turning 102(!) during the time I was designing these socks. She was a remarkably witty lady! The pattern is easily memorisable, and you’ll have a pair of socks finished before you know it. You can knit these socks toe-up and cuff-down as seen in the left- and right-hand columns, respectively.
