Foot Decrease:
Row 1: k20, k3tog, k1, continue with chart A for instep sts, k1, ssk, k21.
Row 2: k across N1, continue with chart A for instep sts, k across N3.
Row 3: k to last 3 sts on N1, k2tog, k1 continue with chart A for instep sts, k1, ssk, k across N3
Repeat Rows 2&3 six more times, ending with a total of 62 sts (N1=15 sts, N2=31 sts, N3=16 sts)
