I didn’t add a specific gauge to this pattern (will update with one asap). You can resize it by making the band longer (add more rows of sl st) and then make sure you add more rows to make it longer. The decrease rows should be the same. You can check your size by holding it up agains the size of diaper you want it to fit around.
