Electric shades of Willow Quill yarn form a dramatic contrast with the black background of this striking cowl designed by Rae Blackledge. If you choose a main color other than Black, I recommend a provisional CO and grafting the CO and BO edges together. With the dark color of the sample, pattern is written for a standard CO, then sewing the live sts to the CO edge.
