Worked in the round on double pointed needles, this scarf can be worn full length or scrunched into a neck ruff and tied. It is a tube that balloons and narrows with increases and decreases. The tie is knit separately and inserted into the tube.
To make it longer than the patter size, add another balloon section.

It’s shown in Jade Sapphire 2 ply cashmere (400 yds) which knits up like a light fingering weight. You could use lace or fingering weight yarn.
