The Niphredil Blanket is a beautifully textured design, combining different stitches to create an unusual, yet stylish look.

The pattern is also great for stash busting and using up your scrap yarn!

The flower motif in the square reminded me of Niphredil flower as soon as I created it so there was no doubt about what’s going to be the name of my newest design.

As a Tolkien fan, I love giving names to my designs inspired by his work.❤️

So here’s the background story of this beautiful flower:
Niphredil was a small white flower that grew first at the moment of Lúthien’s birth in Doriath. It was also found among the golden trees of Lothlórien, thickest on Cerin Amroth, where some pale green varieties could be seen.

The pattern has 5 different files, available to download:

-1 PRINT FRIENDLY VERSION of the full pattern
-1 PDF file for the layout ans block colors
