Subversive Socks is Out of Print.
A fancy sock with ribbing and lace, that suddenly breaks into everyone’s favorite expression of disbelief down the back legs.
Required Skills 
Knitting in the round, knitting with dpns, Turkish or other toe-upcast on, decreases, increases, knowledge of basic sock construction, picking up stitches, working lace from chart or written instructions.

Foot circumference: 7¼ (8, 8¾)“/ 18.5 (20.5, 22)cm 
Foot length: adjustable to fit 
Leg length: 7½”/19cm from top of gusset shaping
Materials 
SweetGeorgia BFL Sock (80% superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool, 20% nylon; 400yds/366m per 113g skein); color: Oxblood, 1 skein 
US 1/2.25mm needles for working in the round: dpns, 1 long circular or 2 short circulars, or size needed to get gauge 
Stitch marker, yarn needle
Pattern Notes 
One sock is worked with the “No” chart pattern, and the other sock is worked with the “Shit” chart pattern.
