Beading is used to great effect here, to highlight the panel of triangles which runs down the front of these socks. The patterned panel features a wide central rib and is edged with columns of eyelets.

This pattern uses the crochet hook method of applying beads, but the beads can easily be omitted.

The socks are worked from the top down, incorporating a slip stitch heel. They are knitted in Manos del Uruguay’s Alegria, which is a smooth, lustrous sock yarn in hand-dyed, variegated colourways.
