You Need to Know: chains (ch), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), increases and decreases, mattress stitch sewing. Be eager to learn and ready to have fun!

You Will Practice Easy Techniques:
 How to make a 3-dimensional object in crochet
 How to shape using increases and decreases
 How to assemble amigurumi parts without sewing
 How to embroider simple details on an amigurumi

Supplies
• Big Twist Vortex yarn, 100% acrylic, worsted weight, 329 yds/5.29 oz/150 g, Northern Lights (NORTH) or Rosebrush.
• Big Twist Value yarn, 100% acrylic, worsted weight, 380 yds/6 oz/170 g, Cream (CRM), 1 ball; Black (BLK), < 1 ball.
• F (3.75 mm) hook
• Two 12 mm black safety eyes
• Polyfil stuffing
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers (optional)

Measurements
6” tall x 6” in diameter

Gauge
9 sts x 9 rows in sc = 2” x 2”
