Non-Drooping Elm
Can be knitted in any weight (fingering to worsted) .
_______________
I suggested to testers making Plug and Play that they might like to try “Drooping Elm” - one of the things I liked was that by knitting it top-down, the leaves would no longer droop !! ☻
(link to the chat with other examples)
If you like you can use the Plug and Play pattern and insert your own chart, but if you want a detailed pattern for this specific version (including the minor modifications I made to produce my version of the chart), this is the pattern for you.
The pattern contains both written instructions and a chart, so you can choose the style of instructions you prefer.
Long shallow triangle (zipknit) gives length for wrapping without overwhelming.
If you look closely at the photo by peacockmom you’ll see a peacock strutting by outside ! ☻
