Nora Neck
The Nora Neck is worked from the top down. First the top part of the back is worked with increases, and then the rest of the back is worked straight down. The back is finished with a fringe worked in i-cord. After this, the shoulders and the front are worked from stitches that are picked up and knitted along the top of the back piece. The front is also finished with a fringe worked in i-cord. The neck rib edge is worked at the end, from stitches that are picked up and knitted along the neck opening.
