The doll-sized Nora’s Skirt will be fit an 18” American Girl Doll or equivalent.

Nora’s Skirt is worked top-down in stockinette st. A casing is created around the waist to place an elastic band. The straps are made separately at the end, sewn on, and are crossed when used. On the front, 2 decorative buttons are sewn.

Materials:
Light fingering weight yarn, approx. 34 cm thin elastic band, needle and thread, 2 small buttons

Suggested yarn:
42 g of Økologisk Sommeruld from CaMaRose (50 g = 230 m/251 yards)

Suggested needles:
2.5 mm and 3 mm (US size 2.5 and 2) / 40 and 60 cm (16 and 24 inches) circular needles

Gauge:
29 sts x 38 rows in stockinette st on 3 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4 inches
