Method: This sweater is worked bottom up in multicoloured Stockinette Stitch - first in the round while the body is worked, and then back and forth whilst the front and back pieces are formed. Throughout the whole work, the multicoloured stripe pattern is worked according to a chart - when knitting the stripes, it is important to follow the instructions for colour dominance in order to secure the right structure. Sections of rib are worked both on the front, back and sleeves, and the neckline is completed by a contrasting I-cord. To shape the sleeves, a box pleat is worked at the cuff, and lastly decorated with a little embroidery dot.
