There is a positive ease of 2-4cm / 1-2” in this blouse. The blouse is designed with a tight fit. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend the pattern Forest Fairy, also worked in the Window brioche pattern.

Yarn 1 Color A (Col A) Myth, from Hesselstrik. 70% kid mohair, 30% silk. 420 meters / 50 grams

DESCRIPTION
This blouse is worked in a spectacular, open and airy brioche pattern. We named this pattern Window brioche. It is created by the two yarn types playing together in the pattern. You only ever work with one strand at a time.
Take your time to enjoy the fine knitting as you go. This project is not suitable for knitters in a hurry. It is challenging. And we recommend: This should not be your first Pure Knit & Purl project. It is an advantage if you know the double edge stitch and the Window Brioche pattern already. However everything is explained. So if you are patient with yourself, you will get there in the end.
Top down knitting beginning at the back, one shoulder at a time. Then the back is joined, the front is worked top down from the shoulders of the back. Eventually all pieces are joined and you will be working the body one piece in the round.
Also the sleeves are worked top down.
THE DOUBLE EDGE STITCH
We use the double edge stitch (Dbe) to get nice edges. Take a moment to learn this stitch and it will change your knitting forever. There is a YouTube video.
