This soldier doll is worked predominantly in stockinette, and incorporates a three needle join to join the tunic to the body as you knit.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the toys are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). The hat is decorated with single crochet chains worked on a crochet hook.

Three 3.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 4)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; up to 30g in each colour

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, buttons to decorate and a 3.5mm crochet hook.

One size only - The doll is 20cm tall.
