The design:
Obelia Origami Bag is a textured seashell inspired origami bag made up of 3 square motifs. Each square consists of 19 rounds. A handle added to the joined motifs make a handy stylish bag. Obelia is an easy/intermediate level pattern.
Materials needed:
Little Obelia bag was designed using 8 ply/ DK weight cotton and a 4mm hook. The bag used 500m and it measures 45 x 60cm including handle.
Each square used 125m and is 25cm wide.
Stitch markers.
Wool/darning needle.
Recommended Hook size:
4mm
Gauge: Rounds 1-6 = 10cm
Stitch abbreviations:

Pm: Place marker
Dc: Single crochet
Dc: Double crochet
Bl: Back loop e.g blsc
Fp: Front post e.g fpdc
Bp: Back post e.g bpsc
Puff st: see stitch tips
Ch: Ch
Skp : Skip stitch
Sl st: Slip stitch
Ch-sp: Chain space
Third Loop:see stitch tips
Fan: a group of dc worked into the same st /sp
