Why should I make this? The Oblique shell is deceptively simple. With its easy to memorize combination of basic Tunisian crochet stitches and minimal shaping, you’ll be ready to wow everyone in no time.

When will this get the most use? Crocheted in a luscious cotton yarn, this shell will be your companion in the office, at the pool and on vacation.

Who is it for? Sized XS to 5XL to fit just about anyone!

Where do I start? This pattern is rated Intermediate—you’ll need to know or be eager to learn the basic Tunisian crochet stitches and techniques. You will need 350 (400, 450, 500, 600) (650, 700, 750, 800) g of DK weight cotton yarn (used here, Cotlin from WeCrochet), an 8 mm Tunisian crochet hook, a yarn needle and some stitch markers.
