The Odds Are Shawl is a soft, luxurious, one-skein crochet pattern! Worked in rows with a mixture of textured stitches, it’s a joy to stitch and the perfect gentle start to the year. This pattern is being shared on Moogly as a free crochet along over the month of January 2025!

Each post will go live at 10 am Central US time, barring technical difficulties. There will also be a video tutorial for each section, shared in both right and left-handed versions. On your end, all you need to do is make the pattern - no need to sweat the deadline, take your time! Odds are, you’ll love it!

To make this crochet shawl, I used Caron Colorama Halo Perfect Phasing yarn - just one skein! So this is a wonderful project with which to give it a try. This pattern shows off the beauty of this yarn’s truly perfect gradient or ombre. And when you’re all finished, there are just 2 ends to weave in!
