Ode to Hal for Year of Scarves 1/15/14
by Susan Huxley
14 step-by-step photo tutorial!
Explore the nature of the mobius (also spelled moebus, a twisted oval that appears to have two sides, but only has one) with a cowl.
A “true” mobius, every round you work will look like two rounds. Little tweaks early in the process set up the form, and then it’s smooth sailing.
The starting point is a length of chain stitches that will be the center of the work.
