This stitch pattern reminds me of the cantilever of the original Old Roosevelt Bridge near my home in Florida. This cowl is easy and quick to crochet. It is designed in two yarn weights but others could be used by adjusting the number of beginning stiches and hook size. Fun to make and great to wear to spark an outfit. Makes a quick but great gift.
