A basic scarf aimed to use up that precious 1 skein (100 grams) of fingering-weight yarn you have on hand. It features a self-finishing tidy edge of stockinette stitch that isn’t fussy.

Measurements
This is measuring the MCN Sock sample after blocking
Length: 57 ½” (146 cm)
Width at widest / center: 12 ¾” (32.5 cm)

Materials:
~370 yards (338 meters) of fingering weight yarn
Choose a yarn that has a lot of beautiful, natural drape and is soft next to the skin

We used Cape May Fiber MCN Sock (80% SW Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon, 370 yards / 100 grams)
In color… Shoresy for the yellow / cream / pink scarf

We also used 1 skein of Merlinen (83.3% SW Merino, 16.7% Linen, 410 yards / 100 grams)
In color… Odysseus (bright aqua, green, fluoro lemon)

Needle
- US Size 5 (3.75 mm) or 6 (4 mm): straight or circular
